Film Coat Treatments
In addition to standard treated seed, we can offer Film coat treatments. A dramatic reduction in chemical use is achieved by this highly accurate method of crop protection. Fungicides and insecticides are applied to the seed surface by a specialised film coating technique and field operator exposure is therefore drastically reduced.
Please note that products containing Force ST*, Tefluthrin (20050547, 20040546, 20040546 & 20050545),Ttebuconazole (20061968) and Imidacloprid (20023927 & 20031886) are approved for a specific off – label use (SOLA).
A minimum of 3 weeks notice is needed for orders requiring these treatments. Some of the treatments may be combined in one pellet. If you have any queries or require further information about Polycote products please contact us.

Polycote Force ST. Active ingredient: Tefluthrin (targets bean seed fly and onion fly)
Polycote Gaucho. Active ingredient: Imidacloprid (targets early season insect pests)

Polycode Fungicide. Active ingredients: Iprodion, Metalaxyl-m, Thiram (targets soil borne fungal diseases and seedling downy mildew)
