Percieved as one of the best cooking cabbages, it has distinctive wrinkled leaves, a loose head, dark green colour and a mild flavour. Dense heads are are trait of this species. Savoys can be produced over a very long season.

The first from the Tozer Savoy cabbage breeding programme. Late maturing with dark leaves and medium blister which hearts and stands well. Sow April to May for harvest November to March. An improvement on Wirosa.
