Brian was instrumental in introducing Tozer hybrid celery and parsnip into the UK market, and during his 25 years with the company had worked closely with most major growers in the country. Managing Director Peter Dawson and Sales Director Steve Winterbottom both attended the 2009 International Seed Federation conference in Antalya, Turkey last week. The mood of the conference was upbeat, despite the current global economic situation.
