Our 2000 series are hybrid late winter varieties and are noted for their solid, well protected deep white curds which hold well.
This variety crops over the month of March, length of seasons depending on where it is grown. It has good frost protection, and has a high pack out of class 1 material.
This variety matures late March to mid April. It has good leaf wrap and produces a high pack out of dense, white class 1 curds.
A top class variety with solid white curds, consistantly class 1, with a very high pack out. Mid March to mid April maturity.
Similar timing to FT 2027 with deep white hard curds and attractive dark leaf. Class 1 plus material, highly recommended.
