Our varieties have been grown extensively in the key growing areas of the UK and Ireland with excellent results. They are suitable for all of the specialist late production areas of the UK and are ideal for face pack, fresh market and floreting use.
Maturity is affected by the planting date, geographical area and climatic conditions of
the season.
Our 1000 series of cauliflower are hybrid winter varieties and produce high quality dense curds to mature over the difficult period of December to February. The series all boast good deep white curds and are well protected and have good winter hardiness.
Our 2000 series are hybrid late winter varieties and are noted for their solid, well protected deep white curds which hold well.
Our 3000 series are all hybrid early spring varieties providing excellent uniformity and high pack out with white curds and good protection.
