Tozer Seeds is the largest independent vegetable breeding company in the UK. We have sales and product development offices in the UK, Spain and the USA, and are also represented in Belgium, Holland, Austria, Switzerland and Canada.
Our sales staff, product development department and breeding team work with both UK and international growers to tailor varieties to suit different climates and growing regimes. For over 70 years, Tozer Seeds has built a reputation for breeding quality vegetable varieties backed with exceptional customer service.
The independent, family owned status of Tozer Seeds allows the company to be responsive to the ever changing requirements of growers and consumers, with breeding programmes focussed on the needs of the market.
Much emphasis is placed on breeding products with consistent performance in the field and we therefore conduct extensive trials both on our own nurseries and with commercial growers worldwide. Tozer Seeds is committed to delivering products which achieve the best possible results and high quality crops.
UK and international sales (except Spain and the USA). Based in Cobham, Surrey, the office building and nursery sites are situated close to good transport links. Most of our initial breeding work is conducted at this site.
Based in the Murcia area of Spain, Tozer Iberica is ideally situated to serve the needs of many of the UK owned subsidiary growers and Spanish owned companies growing for both home and international markets. We extensively trial new varieties selected for growing in Spain at both our own trials site, and with growers.
Based in Santa Maria, California, Tozer Seeds America was set up in 2008 to supply dealers in the USA and Canada. Our product development team extensively trial suitable varieties and dispatch from their warehouse to ease logistics.
